Game of Thrones Season 6 Teaser

So we got a hint of what may or may not happen next year in Game of Thrones season 6, with a teaser poster that featured a bloody Jon Snow. Now we’ve just got a bit of a teaser trailer; check it out!

The teaser is very intense, which is what we’ve come to expect from Game of Thrones teasers and trailers. It seems like this one focuses quite heavily on Bran’s Greensight (i.e. his ability to see past , present and future events), and therefore contains a lot of flashbacks to some of the most violent scenes from previous seasons that included the deaths of major characters. It’s cool that we see bran back in action after being left out of season 5 entirely; hopefully we’ll see how much he’s grown as a person and matured his powers.

We see Jon Snow starring across the water at the White Walkers, then being stabbed, we see Catelyn dying, Arya going blind, Meera fighting a wight, Ice being melted down, Joffrey dying, Robb Stark dying, Jaime’s hand being cut off, Dany chilling with Drogon, Jojen’s death and some more White Walker action.

My reaction to this teaser:

It’s safe to say that a lot of old footage was used for this trailer because the show is still being shot, and post production is probably nowhere near done right now.
