Alice Through the Looking Glass Trailer

Guys! It’s been 5 full years since Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland, and next year we finally see the impressionable young lady go back to Wonderland again. Alice Through the Looking Glass is finally here, and seems to have popped up out of nowhere. Watch the trailer below…

The most exciting thing about this is Sacha Baron Cohen as the personification of Time. We also get to see our favourite Hatter return, and it seems like he’s in danger and that most of the plot revolves around saving him from Time.

We also get glimpses of some of the well-known and loved characters we all remember, such as the Cheshire Cat. Unfortunately, Tim Burton did not direct this film, but he was on as an executive producer, while the reigns were taken over by James Bobin who has directed Flight of the Conchords, Da Ali G Show and The Muppets Movie. Quite an interesting repertoire of films there, but the craziness of that combination makes me hopeful that he could pull off directing this trippy world of Wonderland quite well.

So far the plot of the film is unknown, but as I mentioned before seems to revolve around saving the Hatter. The film has a star-studded cast including Johnny Depp, Helena Bonham Carter, Sacha Baron Cohen, Anne Hathaway, Mia Wasikowska, Stephen Fry and many more.
