Snowden Trailer #1

It’s been a long time coming, but the biopic about the most influential whistle blower of the century finally has its first (extensive) trailer! Check out the trailer for Snowden, the latest film by Oliver Stone below…

I’ve always been a fan of Joseph Gordon-Levitt, and in this trailer he has definitely nailed the voice and mannerisms of Edward Snowden. You’ll see this if you watch John Oliver’s interview with him, or if you watch the Citizenfour documentary.

From the look of the trailer so far, it seems like they are sticking to the story quite strongly, which shouldn’t be that difficult, because Snowden himself has been very vocal about how his own saga unfolded over the years that he worked for the government, and when he decided to go public and call the them out on their spying.
