Warcraft Trailer is a Visual Spectacle

This is an absolute spectacle! The trailer debut as well as the final release date for the film was heavily delayed due to the production wanting to get the CGI components just right. The truth is that the movie is CGI intense, so don’t expect your disbelief to be entirely suspended.

Let’s be honest though, when you enter this universe, you don’t do it to suspend disbelief, but rather to take you out of the known universe, into a completely new one.

No intimate details about the plot have yet been released, but the movie is reportedly set at a leading into the First War and will focus on the war between orcs and humans. Sir Anduin Lothar will feature heavily in the humans campaign, while the main character on the side of the orcs will be Durotan, the father of Thrall.

The film is directed by Duncan Jones who also Directed Moon, as well as Source Code. Compared to those films, this is a huge step up in terms of production size and budget. So far, the teaser and trailer has revealed that he can in fact handle it. Only time will tell – 7 to 8 months to be exact, as the film is set to be released on 3 June 2016 (in the U.K for the first time).

Warcraft stars Travis Fimmel, Robert Kazinsky, Ben Foster, Paula Patton, Toby Kebbell, Dominic Cooper, Clancy Brown, Daniel Wu, Ruth Negga and many more.
