11 New Trailers from the Past Week

As some of you may know, we had some problems with the site, but now we’re back and here’s your weekly roundup of the latest trailers. I hope you enjoy, and don’t forget to share.

Alita Battle Angel

This is an adaptation of a popular animated series. The adaptation comes from the one and only James Cameron and is directed by the legend, Robert Rodriguez. So yeah, this one has some titans of industry attached. The uncanny valley of the CG is something that may make audiences feel uneasy; but if anyone can pull this off with a good story, and set new trends in what’s acceptable, I think it’s James Cameron.

Spider-Man: Into the Spider-verse

Miles Morales, dude we’ve BEEN waiting for you! This looks amazing.

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom

We all knew a sequel was coming after the success of the first film. Click here to read more of my thoughts on the latest trailer, or you can just watch it below and decide for yourself.

Maze Runner: The Death Cure

It was sad news when this was delayed due to Dylan O’Brien’s accident, but Maze Runner will finally return in 2018. 20th Century Fox owe the team who cut this trailer, because this had me on the edge of my seat, for a franchise I kind of lost interest in a while ago. I think I may just see this one in the theater this January.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi International Trailer #2

Maybe stay away from this one. We’re SO close to premiere date… why bother? Go in knowing and seeing as little as you can before the film.

Please Stand By

I had NO idea this was actual happening, and I’m really glad that I stumbled on it this week. This looks super heartfelt and seems like yet another amazing performance from Dakota Fanning, who is making one crazy comeback!

7 Days in Entebbe

Excuse me, did you say Rosamund Pike & Daniel Brühl? Well, count me in!

You Were Never Really Here

Joaquin Phoenix plays an anti-hero of sorts here; something that’s a mix between a fixer and a hitman it would seem. This trailer looks intense, and you can count me in for sure.

Altered Carbon

We are clearly in a Science fiction renaissance at the moment, with many of books and other material being adapted; the latest being Altered Carbon which will release as a series on Netflix in 2018. The premise is super interesting, and I’m keen to see Joel Kinnaman in something that looks half decent again.
